Albufeira Go-Karting

Conveniently located in Albufeira marina and close to the centre of Albufeira this karting track is perfect for groups of all ages and sizes.

The track is 400m with straights where you can get up to full speed, and plenty of tight turns and twists perfect for moving into overtaking position. The layout also means that whether you are winning or losing you feel close to the action and this helps bring out the competitive side of everyone.

The indoor track provides respite from the heat of the sun in the summer, and from bad weather during the winter so its a great all year round attraction.

Adult go-karts (200cc) and Junior go-karts (160cc) are available. Please note the minimum height permitted for either junior or adult karts is 1.50m, and the suggested minimum age is 12 years old.

For larger groups special race events can be arranged to suit even the most competitive making it a great way to celebrate stag dos, birthday parties and any other fun occasion. A trophy can be provided and presented complete with a winner’s ceremony on the podiums.

Full safety equipment including helmet, neck supports and racing suits are available and are included in the price. Trainers are recommended and sandals or other open toed shoes are not allowed. Lockers are also available for your valuables.

It is not essential to book in advance, however if you’re short on time, or are in a larger group it is strongly recommended to reserve a date and time to ensure you can get straight on the track without either delay or disappointment.

E-tickets will be sent to you by email and are usually processed within 15-20 minutes during working hours, so you can buy and use them on the same day. You do not need to print tickets.

For anyone not driving there’s a small café and seating available for them to cheer you in comfort while they wait. Of course Albufeira Marina also offers a wide choice of bars, cafes and restaurants so there’s plenty of other choices available nearby if they prefer.
